Description:
The following are the guidelines and conditions of the season tune program at Basin Sports:

1. The season tune period extends from November 1st-May 1st.
2. Each season tune number, whether you signed up as a couple or individual, are allowed one ski or snowboard tune per week and therefore you can only drop off one ski or snowboard per week.
3. Season tunes as an individual will have a maximum of 3 pairs of skis or 3 snowboards on his or her season tune. We will also permit you to add a ski on a Snowboard Season Tune and snowboard on a Ski Season Tune. If you add a ski or snowboard to your tune program, you must remove an existing one.
4. Each individual must have his or her own season tune, unless you signed up as a couple or family. A couple's tune is you and your spouse, no kids. There is an additional $20 charge for storage and allowing more than three skis or boards on the tune. It only allows the drop off of one pair of skis or one snowboard a week. (Alternating weeks).
5. If you sign up under the family tune, at $299.00 you will receive one number and be able to drop off up to four pairs of ski/ boards weekly. (E.g. family tune is you, your spouse and up to two children w/ jr. skis.) This does not mean (e.g. John and four friends).
6. Each season tuner will get one free overnight tune. Thereafter he/she will be charged $20.00 for an overnight tune Thursday-Sunday. Overnight tunes can be done Monday-Wednesday free of charge. Sorry, No Overnight Family Tunes, only applies to individuals.
7. Edge repairs and base welds will be estimated and there will be an extra charge to the season tuner. All small welds will be free.
8. Each season tuner will receive one free ski or snowboard demo used any time, conditions permitting.
9. Season tuners will receive a 20% discount on flat rate service work, (e.g. mounting at $28.00 - regularly $35.00). Accessories 15% off (e.g. goggles, fleece-excluding electronics e.g. GoPros, Trackers), and 10% on clothing (jackets and pants) and shoes, non-sale items only.
10. Please feel free to make special requests at the service counter.
