Basin Sports Online Store Return Policy

The Basin Staff recognizes that from time to time your purchase may need to be returned or exchanged for various reasons. Our policy will make this as simple as possible for our online customers; however we do have conditions that must be followed.

ALL ITEMS SOLD AT 40% OR MORE OFF OF ORIGINAL PRICE ARE FINAL SALES.

All returns must be made within 10 days of customer receipt of product. We honor returns for exchange or credit via the original method of payment. All credits are issued within 1-2 business days upon receipt of the product at Basin Sports; you will be notified by email of the credit. Credits are for the original purchase price less freight charges. For example, your total purchase total came to $110 which qualified for free shipping. You will be refunded $110 minus our shipping charge, ($10 for clothing/accessories and $30 for larger items such as skis).

The item(s) must be unused and in new condition with the original packaging and all of the manufacturers hang tags. All items returned without original packaging and manufacturer’s tags will be refused.

Customers are responsible for the shipping charges back to Basin Sports, including items that qualified for “free shipping”. Any package that was refused at the time of delivery will be charged shipping from and back to Basin Sports. We do recommend shipping insurance on all items being returned as all damage or loss of items during shipping is the responsibility of the customer making the return.

In the event of an exchange, we will make every effort to ship the replacement product the day we receive the product being returned, and notify you of the tracking information for the replacement by email.
